Organise gathering is a HARD task

I'd started to invite my friends to have dinner from three weeks ago. Somehow, I had asked them face to face or by phone, finally we got an assumption and make up a list that who will join or not.

After we've been decided that the restaurant is near Central and Sheung Wan. A girl had replied that "um... I think may be join you next time...", the other one just said that "I dunno my schedule that you asked me out for a month in advance." So I assumed that they won't join us, so, I told my friend that they will join us next time. So my friend sent out an email that who will attend and not attend to everyone.

Then the problems comes up. After the email sent, that girl had replied "I delighted to join, unfortunately, you put me on the list of not attend. Anyway, enjoy your dinner." then the WAR started in between the email conversations with many audiences .

Actually, I just want to have a HAPPY MEAL with my friends that haven't hang-out for a long time. Why the finally would comes up with argument / misunderstanding / communication problems.....

I don't meant to do anything to hurt my friends.

Is it really important to put you in "not attend list" that if you are really desperate to join? You still can call / email us to change the status...

Organiser is a hard job that could entertain everybody and keep them all happy......
